When Do I Call 311?
Remember that 311 is for non-emergent City Services while 911 service is for emergencies, such as house fires and violent crimes, which require an immediate response from police, fire crews, or an ambulance. When in doubt, try 311 out.

Individuals living outside the Little Rock City Limits or from any number that presents a challenge reaching 311, please contact (501) 371-4437.
If a non-English speaking individual calls 311, a third-party translation service will join the call at no cost to the caller.
The 311 operators are equipped with computer-based technology that will enable hearing impaired individuals to easily communicate with the City of Little Rock utilizing their current TDD/TTY devices.
When all City Departments are closed or released early the 311 Call Center will be closed; however, the email and voicemail are still options for reporting concerns. The 311 service email (LittleRock311service@littlerock.gov) account and the voicemails are checked and responded to each business day, throughout the day. Requests entered via the website or mobile device will immediately go directly into the 311 system.
