Zoovies Premiers this Saturday Evening with The Jungle Book

LITTLE ROCK (March 30, 2006) – The Little Rock Zoo is proud to announce the premier weekend of Zoovies this Saturday, April 1, from 7 pm to 9 pm featuring the Disney classic The Jungle Book.
Each Saturday night, April 1 to May 20, the Zoo will show a different Disney movie at the Civitan Amphitheatre. Prior to the movie, there will be special appearances by BlueAnne Ewe, Radio Disney’s Rock n’ Road Show Featuring RD Frequency, and docents with live Zoo animals. Popcorn and drinks will be available for sale. No outside food is permitted. Cost is $4.00 per person for non-members and $3.00 per person for members with all proceeds benefiting the Little Rock Zoo. Zoovies is made possible by BlueCross BlueShield and Radio Disney.
The Little Rock Zoo is accredited by the American Zoo and Aquarium Association (AZA). Look for the AZA logo whenever you visit a zoo or aquarium as your assurance that you are supporting a facility dedicated to providing excellent care for animals, a great experience for you and a better future for all living things.
