LITTLE ROCK – As a precautionary measure, the City of Little Rock has temporarily taken its network offline because of a security concern. At this time, all City email and network applications are down. We are working to return to normal network operations as soon as possible.

Telephone systems remain operational, as does the City’s 311 service and the 911 call center.

Building, electrical, plumbing or mechanical permits may be obtained at the Little Rock Planning and Development Department, 723 W. Markham St.

Business licenses may be obtained at City Hall, 500 W. Markham St.
