WHAT:           President Clinton Avenue (Cumberland Street – River Market Avenue) will be closed to  through traffic beginning at 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 until 7:00  a.m., Wednesday, January 13, 2016 to accommodate construction for part of  the Central Arkansas Library Parking Deck Construction.

Barricades and detour signage will be installed to inform motorists of the closure.

WHO:             Motorists traveling in the River Market area.

WHEN:            1 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016, until approximately 7 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016.
