(Reconstruction: Hinson Road to Rainwood)
(Widening: Napa Valley & St. Charles Intersection)
(Little Rock, AR—January 16, 2008) Redstone Construction will soon begin street reconstruction of Napa Valley from Hinson Road to Rainwood, and will widen the intersection of Napa Valley and St. Charles extending north to Ridgehaven. The closing of Napa Valley is scheduled to begin on March 24, 2008 and may last until August 8, 2008.
Jon Honeywell, Public Development Engineer stated: “Napa Valley from Hinson to Rainwood will be closed during reconstruction and a detour route will be in place for about four (4) months.
Detour Routes
Motorist traveling along Napa Valley Drive – Take Rainwood to Hinson Loop Road
Adolphine Fletcher Terry Library Access – New driveway access off Hinson Road
Fellowship Bible Church East Parking Lot Access – New driveway access off Rainwood
The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department District 6 will be the administrator of this construction project.
