LANE AND RAMP CLOSURES ON I-30 NEAR DOWNTOWN ON MAY 30 & 31
(From the River Bridge to 9th Street)
(Little Rock, AR—May 27, 2009) The City of Little Rock and Entergy staff will be performing major maintenance and repair work on the I-30 Freeway Lighting system this weekend (May 30th & 31st).
The work will involve repair/replacement of worn-out wiring, defective fixtures, bulbs, etc. In order to provide safe work zones for personnel, northbound/southbound outside lanes on I-30 will be closed.
Some of the ramps will also be temporarily closed while work is being done in their vicinity. Motorists are advised to exercise extra caution while driving through the work zones.
