What: Therapeutic Recreation Arts Festival
When: Friday, May 20, 2011 – 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Where: Clear Channel Metroplex – 10800 Colonel Glen Rd

Children and adults with special needs will get a chance to experience a day of creativity at the Therapeutic Recreation Arts Festival. It will be held this Friday, May 20th from 10:00 – 1:00 at the Clear Channel Metroplex.

This annual festival is held to enrich the quality of life for people with disabilities by encouraging imagination through the arts. Volunteers help participants with hands on activities that increase self esteem and confidence by offering a sense of accomplishment and adventure.
