What: Special Meeting of Board of Directors

When: Tuesday, June 24, 2014 – 4:00 p.m.

Where: City Hall – 500 West Markham Street

Last year the Board of Directors authorized a transfer of title to land near the Broadway Bridge to the Arkansas State Highway & Transportation Department (AHSTD) to facilitate the reconstruction of the bridge. A copy of the resolution is attached to this email for your convenience. Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 13,779 (October 1, 2013). The AHSTD filed documents this week with the federal government, and when the final preparations were made it was learned that the property description in this resolution does not include additional property the City was willing to donate to accommodate a lane for buses coming to and from the renovated Robinson Auditorium to stop and unload. This needs to be done as quickly as possible to assure all federal funding requirements are met.

To that end, a SPECIAL MEETING will be held at 4:00 pm, Tuesday, 24 June 2014, in the Board of Directors Room on the Second Floor of City Hall, Little Rock, Arkansas, for the purpose of adoption of a resolution to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute appropriate documents for this additional footage
