On Saturday, September 10th, 2022, at 9:35 P.M., officers in the 12^th Street Division responded to a “shooting just occurred” at 3126 S. Louisiana Street. Upon officer’s arrival, they discovered Deborah Wright (63 year old B/F) and Lawrence Wright (69 year old B/M) deceased inside the residence. Once securing the residence, Homicide Detectives were requested to begin their investigation and process the scene.

During the course of the investigation, Deuntray Lewis (15 year old B/M) was developed as a suspect in this homicide investigation. With the assistance of the North Little Rock Police Department, Mr. Lewis was taken into custody and transported to our Major Crimes Division to meet with detectives. After preliminary investigations, Lewis was charged with two counts of Murder in the 1^st Degree and charged as an adult with the approval of the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

This investigation is ongoing and the next of kin has been notified. This Homicide occurred in the 12th Street Division.  Detectives have determined this incident to be isolated and domestic related.
