Are you ready for an EPIC weekend? Nearly 15,000 athletes will converge on downtown Little Rock March 1-2 to take part in the 12th annual Little Rock Marathon weekend presented by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette.

Saturday, March 1, will feature the 5K race at 8:00 a.m., followed by the Kid’s Marathon, presented by Wild River Country and KTHV, at 10:00 a.m. On Sunday, March 2 the 10K race, presented by Whole Hog Cafe, half marathon, presented by Baptist Health and marathon, presented by Windstream Communications, will all begin at 8:00 a.m. There is an early start available, at 6:00 a.m., for those who need extra time to finish.

This is going to be an EPIC event, as all participants are encouraged to bring out their inner superhero and wear a cape, wear a mask or both.

Known the world over for the world’s largest finisher’s medal and volunteers with loads of southern hospitality, this is truly a race with a lot of personality, and more than $20,000 in prize money.

Starting and ending in the River Market District, the event is a running and walking tour through the scenic streets of Arkansas' capital city. We offer a variety of events to our participants - we are a race for every pace.
