Meet Rock the Blog, the newest way to connect with your city.

Ever wondered what a Little Rock zookeeper does every day or how public works attacks all those potholes after bad winter weather? The City of Little Rock will soon give you all that and more through Rock the Blog.

Each department will explore a different topic each month, giving you an exclusive, on-the-inside look at the operations of the city that Kiplinger and MSN Real Estate named the #1 Great Place to Live in 2013.

A team of us within the City are working on this blog, but we need your help, though... What do you want to know about the City of Little Rock?

The City has more than 2500 people working hard every day in 14 departments to ensure Little Rock is a safe, clean, fun, and livable place to call home. Now you can meet the people and organization that make it possible.

From coordinating the state's first city-run parole re-entry program to designing the gargantuan Little Rock Marathon medal to managing a fleet with hundreds of vehicles and pieces of equipment, we do it all.
