Demonstration to be held at the Bill and Margaret Clark Third Floor Multi-Purpose Facility on September 27, 2008.

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (September 17, 2008) – Chef Dale Filson from Aydelotte’s will be entertaining & enlightening River Market patrons for the next installment of the River Market Cooking Club on Saturday September 27th. These popular monthly cooking demonstrations have been held at the River Market’s Bill & Margaret Clark Third Floor Facility for the past nine years and have featured guest chefs from many of Little Rock’s finest restaurants. The demo will run from 9am-11am. The fee to attend the Cooking Club is $10.00, paid at the door.

Participants will watch as the chef demonstrates signature recipes and answer questions from the audience.  There will also be a sampling of the prepared food following the demonstration.

Upcoming dates for the River Market Cooking Club include a second demo from Chef Dale Filson on October 25th, Chef Capi Peck from Trio’s on November 8th, Chef Mike Selig from Vermillion on November 22nd & Chef James Coulter from Forty Two on December 13th.
