Registration is now open for the City of Little Rock Parks and Recreation Department’s Throwing for Parks fundraiser. The event will feature a disc golf and baggo tournament and will be held at Reservoir Park to benefit the Adopt-A-Park, Adopt-A-Trail, Adopt-A-Flowerbed, Volunteer Park Rangers, Jr. Park Rangers and disc golf community.
In 2018 about $5,200 was raised for the programs with a goal of also building an 18-hole championship disc golf course within the next two to three years.

The 2019 doubles disc golf tournament will be a shot gun start at Reservoir Park and cost $60 per team on-sight. Those who register for the disc golf tournament by the end day on April 1 will get a $10 discount.
The baggo tournament is an open rec, double-elimination tournament with spots for 16 teams. The registration fee is $50 and every player gets a free T-shirt.
Every player gets one free raffle ticket and may purchase additional tickets for $5 each or five for $20. The first 50 people to register for the disc golf tournament receive a free T-shirt from Latitude 64!
The event features drinks and food with registration or a raffle ticket purchase. Registration for the event begins at 8 a.m. Players meeting starts at 9:30 a.m. Play begins at 10 a.m. and lunch starts at 11:30 a.m.
Additional details:
- 2 CTP’s – automatically registered – winners receive goodie bags.
- Ace Pot - $5 to enter – winner receives 50 percent of the pot.
- Super Aces Bundle - $10 to enter – $1,000 cash/gift cards.
- No open containers of alcohol leave the park.
- Keep all dogs leashed and pick up their poo.
- No glass containers.
- No parking on the grass.
- Must be 21 years old to consume alcohol. Valid ID required for verification.
