WHAT:  The Quapaw Quarter Association is hosting an open house for the purpose of gathering citizen input on the proposed revisions to the MacArthur Park Historic District Guidelines for Rehabilitation and New Construction. The guidelines revision is on the Oct. 10 Historic District Commission agenda.
