LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Dec. 29, 2014) – A committee of the Sister Cities Commission will meet at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 30 at Little Rock City Hall (500 W. Markham St.) to discuss research on potential sister cities.
