WHAT:      A public meeting will be held to discuss plans for improvements on Elm Street.  The meeting will be held at Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resources Center located at 3805 W. 12^th St., Little Rock, Ark. on Thursday, Aug. 7 at 5:30 p.m. This project is located in Ward 1.

The project will consist of the widening of Elm Street from W. 26^th St. south to West 27^th St.

Representatives from Public Works Department Civil Engineering Division and the project engineer will be present to discuss the project and to receive public input.
