LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (March 20, 2015) – City of Little Rock officials will hold public meetings in all city wards seeking input from citizens on the next cycle of capital sales tax funding. Attendees will also have access to a status update of projects approved for funding from the 2013-2015 cycle, as well as a complete list of projects submitted for each ward. The public is encouraged to attend these meetings. Residents will be able to provide valuable insight that will help the City of Little Rock during the planning process for the 2016-2018 capital sales tax funding cycle.
Dates and locations for all meetings are as followed:
- Ward 1 | Monday, March 30 | Dunbar Community Center | 1001 W. 16th St.
- Ward 4 | Wednesday, April 1 | McDermott Elementary, Cafeteria | 1200 Reservoir Road
- Ward 7 | Thursday, April 2 | Temple Baptist Church Chapel | 10710 I-30
- Ward 2 | Monday, April 6 | Southwest Community Center, Auditorium | 6401 Baseline Road
- Ward 3 | Wednesday, April 8 | Hall High Media Center | 6700 H St.
- Ward 5 | Thursday, April 9 | Highland Valley United Methodist Church, Sanctuary | 15524 Chenal Pkwy.
- Ward 6 | Monday, April 13 | Northwest Patrol Division | 10001 Kanis Road
All meetings will take place at 6 p.m.
