NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Public Meeting: Concerning Storm Drainage System Improvements on Lancaster Road

WHAT:  A public meeting will be held to discuss plans to reconstruct the drainage system along Lancaster Road.  The meeting will be held at Wakefield Alert Center located at 7417 Doyle Springs Road on Thursday, November 14, 2013 beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The project will consist of improving the drainage along the rear property lines for houses that front Lancaster Road and Lyndell Drive. Installation of inlets and drainage culverts will be placed within the existing easement between the properties.

Representatives from Public Works Civil Engineering Division and the Project Engineer will be present to discuss the project and to receive public input.
