LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – World Changers teenagers are coming to Little Rock to help repair houses again this summer. This is their 12th summer to visit Little Rock.
Nationally, 19,000 teens will volunteer with World Changers this summer. Over 200 teens are expected to visit Little Rock during two weeks this summer to assist homeowners with painting and minor wood repair at thirteen local work sites during June and July.
Eligible homeowners applied in the fall of to be on this summer’s World Changers’ list. The homes must be owner-occupied, and the owner must be at least 62 years of age or disabled. There are also income guidelines for the program. World Changers works with the City’s Housing and Neighborhood Programs Department to identify the eligible homeowners.

Volunteers will be working at three locations this week and at ten locations the week of July 6.
