LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Officials with the City of Little Rock and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock will announce a new app Monday, Nov. 2, that ties the past of Arkansas’s Capital City to the present.
The GPS-enabled app takes users on an interactive journey to 35 stops featuring people, places, and events that have played significant roles in the history of Little Rock from the 1840s to present day.
