WHAT:          

The Little Rock Racial and Cultural Diversity Commission will commemorate Black History month by recognizing the historical accomplishments and present contributions of African-Americans. This year’s theme will feature African-Americans and their role in media. The event will highlight the importance of African-American-owned media and the need for stories to be told from an African-American perspective.
