Little Rock Parks and Recreation’s Therapeutic Recreation division enriches quality of life for people with disabilities by encouraging creativity through the arts.

 

WHAT:       Little Rock Parks and Recreation will host its 16th annual arts festival for children and adults with disabilities. The event is organized by the department’s Therapeutic Recreation division.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (April 30, 2015) – The Therapeutic Recreation division of Little Rock Parks and Recreation department serves adults and children with disabilities. This year’s theme is “Find the Hero In You.” The event is free and open to the public. Many school groups from across the state will attend, along with individuals and families.
