WHAT:      The City of Little Rock will host a reception celebrating more than 50 local students who are receiving National Merit, National Achievement and Arkansas Hispanic Recognition honors. The event will feature a reception beginning at 2:30 p.m. and a short program beginning at 3 p.m.
