(Little Rock – March 23, 2009) Little Rock Mayor Mark Stodola announced today plans for the annual State of the City address.
This year’s address will be delivered on Monday, March 30, at 12 noon. The speech will take place at the Southwest Community Center located at 6401 Baseline Road.
“I look forward to this opportunity to reflect on the successes and challenges of the past year, as well as focus on new initiatives,” said the Mayor. “I want to invite every Little Rock citizen to attend.”
Little Rock residents unable to attend the speech will be able to view it on LRTV, the City’s government access channel. Though it will not be broadcast live, it will be aired throughout the week on the channel.
Following the address, there will be a reception.
