On January 5, 2024, Little Rock Police Officer Elizabeth Roberson was relieved of duty pending the outcome of an investigation into the unauthorized use of the Arkansas Criminal Information Center (ACIC). Roberson has since been notified of impending charges and surrendered to authorities on March 13, 2024. She has been charged with five (5) counts of unauthorized access to (ACIC). Roberson has been with the police department since April 2018.
