What: LR CENT Meeting
When: Wednesday, June 20, 2012 – 11:30 a.m.
Where: Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center – 3805 W. 12th St.
City of Little Rock Department Directors will provide updates on projects that use funds created by the recently passed 3/8 cent capital investment tax before the committee charged with monitoring this activity. This second meeting of the Little Rock Citizens Evaluation of New Tax (LR CENT) will be held Wednesday, June 20th at 11:30 at the Hinton NRC at 3805 West 12th Street.

The Mayor and Board of Directors appointed the diverse and engaged cache of Little Rock residents who serve on this committee. The last time Little Rock created an oversight committee was in 2004. The 11-member Project Progress Committee monitored progress of the $69 million bond program. The LR CENT Committee is working in a similar capacity to provide the utmost transparency. LR CENT has members from every Ward in the City of Little Rock.
