(Little Rock, AR—July 11, 2008) In order to better accommodate the changes in traffic patterns after the opening of the new eStem Public Charter Schools in downtown Little Rock, the Public Works Traffic Engineering Division staff is converting Louisiana Street from 2nd Street to 4th Street from a one-way street to a two-way street.

Nat Banihatti, Traffic Systems Engineer, stated, “Weather permitting, pavement markings and signage will be changed during the week of July 14, 2008, prior to the opening of the school on July 21, 2008.”
