(Little Rock, AR) The Little Rock Board of Directors has appointed a new commissioner, Marilyn Perryman, to the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee. Marilyn has worked in commercial real estate for over 25 years, specializing in office building management since 1987.
She joined Irwin Saviers Ballard as Managing Director at its inception in 1999 and oversees its operations in Central and Northwest Arkansas. Her strengths include property management transition, owner communications, tenant relations, and building maintenance excellence. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation, the industry’s premier real estate management credential and is ISB’s licensed Principal Broker.
Marilyn is also Past President of Alzheimers’ Arkansas. Her current term expires July 31, 2010.
