WHAT:  An annual arts festival for children and adults with disabilities. This is the 17th annual event hosted by Little Rock Parks and Recreation’s Therapeutic Recreation division.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A climbing wall and dance contest are just some of the fun activities planned at this year’s annual arts festival hosted by the Therapeutic Recreation division of the Little Rock Parks and Recreation Department. The theme this year is “Find the Power Within.” 

The event is free and open to the public. Many school groups from across the state will attend, along with individuals and families. 

Little Rock Parks and Recreation’s Therapeutic Recreation division enriches the quality of life for people with disabilities by encouraging creativity through the arts.
