The City of Little Rock is making the 3-1-1 system more accessible and easy to use by creating LR311.org.

In 2007, Little Rock created 3-1-1 as a simple, three digit number that residents, businesses and visitors could call to reach the City to make inquiries regarding services, report problems, check the status of issues or obtain general information. Instead of having to scroll through a list of more than 200 seven (7) digit City numbers, all people have needed to know is 3-1-1. The service has been, and will continue to be, available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

As of today, 3-1-1 will also be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week on-line. It can be accessed directly by going to its address – www.lr311.org or by clicking on a 311 request bar on the City of Little Rock’s website.

“We want to make 3-1-1 more convenient, efficient and practical - this new on-line service does just that,” said City Manager Bruce Moore. “The citizens of Little Rock are busy people and LR311.org can work around any schedule. We’re excited to be offering this valuable and user-friendly addition to the 3-1-1 system.”

The 3-1-1 service is part on an ongoing effort by Little Rock to make City Government easier and more responsive to the needs of residents, its businesses and visitors. The City of Little Rock’s 3-1-1 system is a part of the 2004 Bond Project approved by voters.
