(Little Rock, AR – October 21, 2008) Motorists along Kanis Road between Asbury and Cooper Orbit Roads will notice delays from October 27 through 29.

One lane in each direction will be closed on those dates to allow for the installation of a water line across Kanis Road. The closures will take place from 9:00am to 3:30pm each of those days.

According to the City of Little Rock Public Works Department, one lane in each direction will be open, but due to the construction lane shifts will be necessary for two way traffic.

Drivers should expect delays and are encouraged to consider traveling alternate routes during these three days.
