The City of Little Rock will submit a Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) grant application to the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management and FEMA for the purpose of installing modular (container-based) safe rooms at the Dunbar Community Center located at 1001 West 16^th Street, and the Ottenheimer Therapeutic Recreation Center located at 7201 Dahlia Drive. The application will be submitted on Sept. 12, 2016.
