WHAT:  On Friday, March 14, 2014 beginning at 7:00 AM North Hughes Street between Cantrell Road and Kavanaugh Place will be closed to through traffic for approximately two (2) months to allow the installation of utilities in association with the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department’s Cantrell Road widening project.

Barricades and detour signage will be installed to inform motorists of the closure.

WHO: Motorists traveling near North Hughes Street (Cantrell to Kavanaugh Place)

WHEN:  Beginning 7:00 AM Friday, March 14, 2014 for approximately two (2) months
