LITTLE ROCK – Adorably cute children from Little Rock School District’s Franklin Elementary School, joined by City of Little Rock employees, will sing carols at City Hall Thursday.

Franklin Elementary School is one site for the City of Little Rock’s Love Your School Initiative which helps increase access to healthy foods and promote physical activity among 3,000 low-income students, families and their surrounding neighborhood residents.
