LITTLE ROCK – Development of the Downtown Little Rock Master Plan moves forward next week with another opportunity for public input and an update on the process from planners.
Sasaki, the internationally recognized consulting and design company crafting the plan, will host a Community Framework Visioning Workshop on Monday, Dec. 4, at 6 p.m. at the Robinson Center's Still Ballroom, 426 W. Markham St.
Sasaki will discuss ideas and stakeholder feedback that has emerged since the Master Plan kickoff in October. The consultants will talk about exciting opportunities related to parks and open space, connectivity and mobility, urban design and neighborhood building, and culture and history. The public is invited to hear more about developing plan and share their own ideas and vision for Downtown Little Rock.
Additional public meetings and community engagement activities will continue into 2024, while an online survey will launch on Monday, coinciding with the community meeting. Learn more at mp.downtownlr.com. Residents, business owners, and all who are interested in the future of Downtown are invited to participate in the meeting and take the upcoming online survey.
