The event marks the end of outdoor pool season for the Jim Dailey Fitness & Aquatic Center.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Residents and their pups are invited to come out to the sixth annual Doggie Paddle Day at the Jim Dailey Fitness & Aquatic Center on Sunday, Oct. 23.
The event, hosted by the Friends of the Animal Village as a fundraiser for the City’s shelter, will feature pool time for the dogs, a jump contest for the most athletic of, and other activities for humans.
Admission to the event is $10 per dog, while the jump competition is a $5 entry fee per dog. In order to enjoy the aquatic festivities, dogs must be spayed or neutered and have their rabies tag present. Owners are advised to only bring dogs that can play well with others. There is a one dog per human adult limit.
