L. Lamor WilliamsThe City of Little Rock announced Friday that community centers are open for those residents in need of cool shelter after a Wednesday storm knocked out power in some neighborhoods leaving many without air conditioning.
Those community centers and their hours are:

Dunbar Community Center – 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
