LITTLE ROCK – Because of inclement weather, City of Little Rock offices will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 17. Essential and emergency services will continue to be provided.

Because road conditions on residential streets remain dangerous, City of Little Rock trash pickup and Waste Management recycling pickup is canceled for Wednesday. Collections will resume as soon as road conditions improve enough to ensure the safety of workers and residents.

Public Works crews have been treating primary routes nonstop since Sunday morning, working in 12-hour shifts. Crews transitioned today to secondary routes, including residential streets.
