LITTLE ROCK – City of Little Rock Public Works crews are asking citizens to be on pothole patrol. With spring blooming and rain impacting the City, drivers will be seeing—and feeling—more potholes. When they do, drivers should report the pothole to 311.

Here are the many ways that citizens can report potholes:

• Go online to www.LittleRock.gov and click the 311 link in the upper right hand corner. Citizens will need an approximate address or street name to identify the pothole location. The more information provided the easier it will be for Public Works crews to locate and repair the pothole. Citizens should never report potholes online while driving.
• Use the “Report Issue” feature of the City’s new smartphone app. Citizens will need an approximate address or street name to identify the pothole location. A GPS-enabled map and the ability to upload photo or video to the request make this a simple reporting method. Citizens should never use the City’s smartphone app while driving.
• Dial 311 on your phone and speak directly to a live operator.

The City of Little Rock 311 will accept pothole requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the online reporting portal as well as the City’s new smartphone app. Operators are available by calling 311 Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Public Works is currently working through all pothole requests at a normal response rate with between two and four two-man crews patching potholes daily.
