The City of Little Rock Planning and Development Department announced on Wednesday the implementation of Dynamic Portal, an online system for applying for and managing building permits.

“This will be a one stop shop to manage all of your building permit applications,” said Jamie Collins, Director of Planning and Development. “This is an opportunity to avoid driving downtown and standing in line. We look forward to this new PAPERLESS way of doing business with our residents.”

To access Dynamic Portal, visit https://permitpayment.littlerock.gov/ips_PD/Views/Login.aspx to create an account. Once the account is created, a user can:

• Submit building applications and plans
• View and edit pending applications
• Submit additional details or revise an application.
• Pay for permits
• Request inspections
• View the status of inspections

“When you have an email registered with the Building Permits division, you will get notification when reviews have been completed, fees are due and when your inspection is completed,” Collins said.
