What: City Hall Tour of Ward 3

When: Friday, November 2, 2012 – 9:00 a.m.-1:00p.m.

Where: Capital View Stifft Station Alert Center – 2715 W. 7^th St.

City Director Stacy Hurst will join Mayor Mark Stodola and City Manager Bruce Moore on a tour of the 3^rd Ward to discuss crime, code enforcement, public works, zoning and other pertinent issues. This “City Hall for a Day” will take place Friday, November 2^nd. Key staff members and citizens will also take the tour.

The group will meet at the Capitol View Stifft Station Alert Center at 2715 West 7^th Street at 9:00 a.m. They will visit various areas of Ward 3 in order to meet with residents and view projects first hand. These tours are conducted on a regular basis to give residents, policy makers and staff a chance to collaborate about City business in the physical area in which they are happening.

After the tour, the group will go back to the Alert Center. Each Department will give a presentation about their activities in Ward 3 over the past year. Mayor Stodola and Mr. Moore will each provide remarks and conduct a question and answer period.
