City Facilities Closed Feb. 1; Emergency Shelter to Remain Open

LITTLE ROCK - City of Little Rock facilities will be closed on Wednesday, Feb. 1, due to inclement weather.

The emergency shelter at Dunbar Community Center operated by The Van will remain open tonight. Dunbar Community Center is located at 1001 W. 16th St. For transportation to the emergency shelter, call (501) 955-3444.

Trash collection was suspended today and will be suspended tomorrow due to road conditions. Once the inclement weather threat has passed and roads are safe, crews will begin on Tuesday routes and work expeditiously to catch up on collection.
