City of Little Rock Public Relations (501) 371-6801
L. Lamor WilliamsThe City of Little Rock has announced a new way to reach its 311 service. LittleRock311service@littlerock.gov is a dedicated email address that complements the City’s mobile app (Little Rock 311 in the app store); and online platform found at LittleRock.gov.
Little Rock 311 is a simple, three-digit number that residents, businesses and visitors can call to reach the City to make inquiries regarding services, report problems, check the status of issues or obtain general information. Instead of having to scroll through a list of more than 200 seven-digit City numbers, all people need to know is 311. From obtaining library hours or reporting a stray dog to scheduling bulky item pickup or requesting a recycling cart, 311 operators are ready to assist.
“We thought this would be a helpful additional resource for our residents,” said 311 Services Manager Danyel McNeil. “Phone calls to 311 are answered from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. While we have an app and a online portal that are also accessible around the clock, if someone prefers to just send us an email, that’s also now an option available any time.”
