The City of Little Rock 311 phone service will be unavailable from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, July 21, and again during the same hours Thursday, July 28, while the call center is equipped with technical upgrades. The 311 website, mobile app, voice mail and email will not be impacted by the telephone outage.

Residents who need to use the 311 service during the planned downtime are encouraged to use the app or website to access the service during these times.
