Downtown Little Rock Partnership (DLRP) will again host the “Destination Downtown Living Tour” on Sunday, October 19, 12 p.m.-4 p.m. This year Argenta Downtown Council will join the Partnership for its second annual tour.

Explore a growing lifestyle trend- Downtown living! Board the rubber-wheel trolleys and shuttles, take a peek inside of Downtown’s unique new homes, condos and apartments, and sample menus from the neighborhood’s best restaurants.

The tour will feature properties at 300 Third Tower, River Market Tower, Lafayette Square, Vertical Lofts, 15th Street Cottages, Quapaw Tower, CityGrove Townhomes and The Enclave at the Riverfront. Trolleys and shuttles will run continuous loops beginning at DLRP, though participants may drive the tour.

Passport tickets are $5 (12 & under free) and may be purchased before the event at select locations, on the DLRP website (www.downtownlr.com), or the day of the event at Downtown Little Rock Partnership located at 423 Main Street (corner of Capitol Avenue and Main Street). A tour map and property guide will be included with each passport ticket. All tickets must be presented at the DLRP offices to begin the tour.

Passports must be shown to enter each property and will be stamped at each property to register to win fabulous prizes such as an evening for two at Baker House (Argenta Historic District), 20% off of one painting at Argenta Gallery, two theater tickets from Celebrity Attractions, gift certificates to Galaxy Furniture, Cregeen’s Irish Pub, Starving Artist, Downtown Deli and more.

Free parking is available for tour participants on Main Street, in the 6th and Scott Streets parking deck and in two Best Park parking lots located at the corners of Capitol Avenue and Scott Street.
