On 5-26-12 just before 1:00 a.m. officers were called to a disturbance at 521 Center Street.  While in route to the business officers heard shots being fired and later located a shooting victim on the North side of the business. 

Mr. Terry Bullard was celebrating his recent graduation from Central High School at Mediums’ located at 521 Center Street when shots range out in the parking lot.  Detectives believe Bullard was not the intended victim but that an argument between others resulted in shots being fired and one bullet striking Bullard killing him.  There were at least 100 people present during the shooting and interviews by detectives have not yet developed a suspect in this incident. 

A reward in the amount of $20,000 has been established for anyone that has information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the death of Mr. Terry Bullard.   Anyone with information is asked to call Det.
