Neighborhood Resource Centers
At present the City of Little Rock operates ten (10) Neighborhood Resource Centers located through out the City of Little Rock. Neighborhood Resource Centers have become hubs of decentralized city services. Code Enforcement Officers, Community Oriented Police Officers and a Neighborhood Resource Specialist staff each Resource Center.

Willie L. Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center
Mission Statement
The mission of the Willie L. Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center is to build capacity within Little Rock Neighborhood Associations, Community Based Organizations, and small not-for-profit organizations. By facilitating partnerships with appropriate resources and forging collaborations among local government, businesses, universities, not-for-profit agencies, small businesses and community residents, the Willie L. Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center will contribute to building a stronger community. The Center will study issues, develop problem-solving strategies, and test new, creative solutions proposed by residents of Little Rock. The Center is a problem-solving center for the citizens of Little Rock.

The Little Rock City Board of Directors voted to recognize and honor Director Willie L. Hinton for his commitment to Little Rock Citizens through his leadership in the establishment of the Neighborhood Resource Center. In recognition of his dedication, on June 25, 2005, his fellow City Directors renamed it the Willie L. Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center.

Community Computer Center
This center offers up to twelve (12) computers for public use to access the internet, do research, write resumes, papers and assist students in homework assignments. The Community Computer Center can be reached at (501) 379-1500.
