When will you be available?

Volunteers will be assigned where they are needed; however, we will make an effort to place volunteers in the areas they desire. Please indicate areas of interest field.

Employment Area Maintain sign in sheet, ensure that applicants have paperwork needed to meet with prospective employers and maintain orderly flow of traffic to the area.
Attorney Services Retrieve documents for attorneys, manage the sign in sheet and assist attorneys with various requests.
Information Guides Help individuals navigate the area, escort, troubleshoot and maintain the orderly flow of foot traffic.
Check- in Area Assess the needs of attendees and provide directions accordingly.
Kids Station Monitor children in the designated area; oversee the check-in process matching child with parent.
Floater Will fill in for various volunteer areas as needed.
Food Box Distribution Pack boxes with a variety of food items and assist with the orderly distribution of food boxes.
Parking Lot Attendants Ensure attendees are in designated areas, direct attendees to appropriate entrance, direct parking, and answer inquiries.
