Whether you're looking to dive into the mud during the 5K, showcase your strength in the tug-of-war, or soak up the lively atmosphere, this event promises something for everyone.
Participants can choose to take part in one or both events. Spectators are welcome to cheer on the participants and enjoy the muddy spectacle. On-site, you'll find food vendors, music, and a cleanup station to ensure an excellent time for all.
The Mud Run isn’t your typical 5K. Participants can run, walk, skip, trot, or even cavort through our "5Kish" course (check the helpful hints section for more on the "ish"), which meanders through the scenic trails of War Memorial Park. The race culminates in a playful romp through our famous mud pit, guaranteeing you'll finish the day covered head to toe in our premium, locally sourced mud. The goal isn’t to finish fast but to do so with style!
For those seeking a challenge, the Mud, Guts, & Glory Tug-of-War pits teams of six against each other in our specially designed mud pit. Teams will pull with all their might, aiming to drag their opponents into the mud. The tournament follows a bracket format, with teams advancing until the ultimate Mud, Guts, & Glory Champions are crowned. This teamwork, strategy, and raw power test is as fun to watch as participating in.
