Public hearing held monthly by the Historic District Commission.  The Commission meets to consider request(s) for Certificate of Appropriateness within Local Ordinance District(s).  Certificates of Appropriateness are for the review of the request for exterior changes to properties within the Local Ordinance District.  The Commission also reviews historic matters within the City of Little Rock.
